Have you ever taken a yoga class at an arcade? Now’s your chance!
I’m thrilled to teach a video game-themed yoga class on Sunday, March 22, from 9-10 a.m. at Continues Arcade in Alexandria, VA. Continues Arcade opened in 2025 and is an amazing restaurant with exceptional Top Chef-created dishes. The arcade includes more than 60 vintage games and hosts special events that celebrate the Alexandria, VA, community.
The restaurant is opening its patio this spring, and this all-levels yoga flow will be one of the first events offered on the patio. The class is limited to 20 participants and includes your choice of a wellness drink.
